After setting up the audio equipment we sat down and jam for a while. There are some roles inverted, Jorge Faustmann, the guy in the middle, usually provides harmonic content and Fred Malouf, the guy at your right, is the lead guitar player. Those things happens when jamming.
It was funny that the three of us brought hats… I suggested to change the name of the band to “Los Tres Sombreros” — The Three Hats — but Jorge replied that it’d be better to be called “Two old bald men and a young guy”… LOL.

Diciembre 4th, 2007 Carlos Madrigal
Compré el álbum One Guitar de Ottmar Liebert directamente de su Listening Lounge. Los álbumes están muy baratos ahí — toda la lana se va para el artista y no la distibuidora.
Este álbum tiene algunas particularidades:
- Es OL en guitarra y nada más.
- Es guitarra improvisada la mayor parte.
- Fue grabado en su estudio a 24/96Khz para aprovechar un buen rango dinámico.
- No tiene compresión alguna, vas a notar pasajes muy quedos y otros muy energéticos. Para los amantes del rango dinámico sé que les va a encantar.
- En el blog de OL, hay unas cuantas entradas relacionadas a este álbum.
